The finca has in total 5 bedrooms, 2 of them are on the ground floor and the other 3 are on the first floor. 2 of the bedrooms have king size bed and the other 3 can be set as twin or double room.

The nearest town is Felanitx, 7 km away. Campos is 11 km away and Palma is 48 km away.
How far is the nearest supermarket?
There are several supermarkets in Felanitx. Lidl just at the entrance of the town and others such as Hiper Centro and Eroski. Also in Campos you will find Aldi, Mercadona, Muller, Lidl, Hiper Centro, Eroski and others.

Yes, the house has a large gas barbecue. It is ideal for a barbecue with family or friends in any special corner of the garden. The house also has a covered seating area.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
The customer may terminate the rental agreement in writing. If the customer terminates the rental agreement without appointing a new guest for the use of the property, the customer shall pay the next pro rata rent as compensation, taking into account the costs incurred, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to other customers.
What is the cancellation policy if I have to cancel my reservation?
- Up to 49 days before the beginning of the stay: 10 % of the rental price. - Up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay: 30 % of the rental price. - Up to 14 days before the beginning of the stay: 50 % of the rental price. - Up to 07 days before the beginning of the stay: 80 % of the rental price. - Between 7 and 0 days before the beginning of the stay: 100 % of the rental price.
