Cancellation Policy

The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a new tenant, the following pro rata rent must be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant:
Cancellation
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: _10_ % of the rental price
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: _30_ % of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: _50_ % of the rental price
-up to 7 days before the start of the rental period: _80_ % of the rental price
-Otherwise (later than 7 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
The statutory withdrawal and termination options remain unaffected by this.
