5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. 2 bedrooms are double rooms, in 3 bedrooms the beds can be separated or put as double beds.

The property has 3 bathrooms. 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs, one of them ensuite connected to the master bedroom.

For the summer, the finca has air conditioning in all bedrooms. For the winter, there is a heating system and fireplaces, which provide warmth and the desire to enjoy pleasant evenings by the fire.

There is a sand field which can be used for soccer or volleyball. A large trampoline, a ping pong table and several smaller games are available for our guests.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
The customer may terminate the rental agreement in writing. If the customer terminates the rental agreement without appointing a new guest for the use of the property, the customer shall pay the next pro rata rent as compensation, taking into account the costs incurred, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to other customers.
What is the cancellation policy if I have to cancel my reservation?
- Up to 49 days before the beginning of the stay: 10 % of the rental price. - Up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay: 30 % of the rental price. - Up to 14 days before the beginning of the stay: 50 % of the rental price. - Up to 07 days before the beginning of the stay: 80 % of the rental price. - Between 7 and 0 days before the beginning of the stay: 100 % of the rental price.
